Spotlite Strengthens its Team
Nichola Street
We are delighted to welcome two new members of staff to the ever-growing Spotlite Team in 2014. In March of this year we welcomed Nichola Street as an Adjusting Assistant. Nichola has many years’ experience of senior case management in the debt recovery industry. For more information check out her profile in the Team section of our web site.
Steven Jones
In the summer Steven Jones joined Spotlite as a Partner and Operations Director. Steven has set to with some gusto to updating and completing our Compliance documentation. Moving on from this Steven has been working on updating our web site and has been developing new IT solutions to improve the efficiency of our operation and provide more accurate information for our clients. See the later news items for more information on this front.
Steven comes with many years’ commercial experience at the front end of the entertainment industry working for major UK venues producing and hosting rock, pop and classical concerts and theatrical shows. His work in event management and more latterly in the computerised ticketing industry has given him an unrivalled knowledge of how organisations and systems operate, essential in the settling of contingency claims.
