The Spotlite Claims team has a wealth of experience in providing market-leading entertainment loss adjusting services.
Our diverse experience, command of European languages, and 24/7 service, is testament to our commitment to providing a high quality service that you can trust. Committed to the on-going development of our staff, we encourage our adjusters to study for the qualifications offered by the Chartered Insurance Institute and we support them in these studies. All of our staff also receive regular training in systems and areas relevant to their specific areas of expertise.

Managing Director
Marion has nearly 25 years’ experience of contingency and entertainment loss adjusting and heads up our specialist team. She has an international reputation as one of the leading adjusters in her field.
Steven Jones, BA Hons
Operations Director and Adjuster
Steven joined Spotlite Claims in 2014 having spent many years in the Entertainment production and Software arenas. Steven heads up our continued drive into the Contingency market.
Lesley Gallichan
Office Manager and Senior Adjusting Assistant
Lesley is responsible for the smooth operation and quality control of our office systems and brings a cool head and considerable experience in financial service administration, to the team.

Adjuster
James joined Spotlite Claims in April 2017 following over ten years experience working at Towergate Insurance.

Nichola has many years administration experience and is now part of the team working alongside Marion as an adjuster.
Anette Stople
Adjusting Assistant - Scandinavian Claims
Anette is a native Norwegian and worked for 5 years as a Lloyds broker before joining Spotlite to assist with the handling of our growing book of Scandinavian Film, Television and Contingency business.
