Marion has worked as a Film, TV and Contingency Adjuster since 1988.  A fluent speaker of German and French, she has handled some of the largest and most problematic studio and independent film losses affecting the US, European and UK markets, as well as many high profile cancellation and non-appearance claims.  Her Contingency experience includes Rock and Pop, Classical Music and theatrical events, as well as a wide variety of sporting, equestrian, trade events and exhibitions.  She has acted for, amongst others, AXA, Allianz, Chubb, Circle Group, Fireman’s Fund, The German Filmpool, Gerling, Gulf, Great Lakes, HCC, Hiscox and Travelers as well as the Lloyds market. Marion has devised scheme handling procedures for a number of major broadcasters and acts as exclusive and panel entertainment adjuster for many leading Insurers.

She is nominated in adverse weather policies for commercial shoots, liaising with the Insured to advise them on potential loss mitigation, as well as dealing with any claims that arise.

Marion has lectured as a PACT (Producers Alliance for Cinema and TV) trainer and provided training for students of the National Film and TV School in Buckinghamshire. She has also been a key-note speaker at conferences such as the annual Contingency Society Conference.
